Coaching and “Notioning”

I share with you templates, strategies, systems and exercises that will help you find clarity, define your values, plan into the future and much more.

Along the way, if you wish, we’ll learn to use an App called Notion. I love it, and perhaps you do too.

If you are interested in a personal coaching session, let me know.

I need to do it and redo it. Sometimes when I feel down and need some clarity and focus, I revisit certain exercises and resort to tools, strategies, and systems that help go through that period of time. When I don’t know the way, the purpose, the WHY, I resort to systems. I am also a huge Notion fan.

And one on one session’s make a huge difference in whatever I am facing. Having someone to talk to and be accountable to is so important.

  • Coping Tools – Simple, repeatable methods for navigating stress, doubt, and decision fatigue.Ā

  • Checklists & Exercises – Structured prompts to clarify goals, track progress, and stay grounded.Ā

  • Notion Templates – Ready-to-use systems for planning, productivity, and organization.

  • Why I Keep Coming Back to Systems

When I feel unfocused or unsure of myĀ why, I don’t wait for inspiration to strike — I return to the systems and exercises I know will work. They have carried me through seasons of doubt, heavy workloads, and personal challenges. The truth is, you don’t have to rely on willpower. You can design an environment and a set of practices that will carry you forward when your energy is low. That’s what these tools are for.

    The Power of Notion

One of my favorite tools isĀ Notion — a flexible, beautifully simple platform for organizing thoughts, plans, and projects. I use it for everything: sermon prep, community work, personal reflection, even family planning.I’ll show you how to:

    • Streamline Workflows – From preparing sermons and managing volunteers to planning fundraising campaigns and projects.Improve Communication – Build shared workspaces for teams, boards, and stakeholders.Increase Efficiency – Automate routine tasks, track progress, and make better decisions with your data.Gain Clarity & Focus – Keep everything in one place, in a way that’s intuitive and visually appealing.

You don’t need to be ā€œtechyā€ to use Notion well — I’ll walk you through it step by step.

    Work With Me One-on-One

Sometimes, the most powerful tool isn’t a system — it’s a conversation. Coaching sessions give you space to think out loud, get perspective, and have someone hold you accountable. If you’re navigating change, feeling stuck, or simply want to work more effectively, we can map out the next steps together.
