Hi, I’m Peter and this website is my home on the web.

It reflects my various interests:

  1. Work as Pastor
  2. Vlogging on YouTube about life in my 40s
  3. Mental Health and coping strategies

I’m sharing my experience living through my 40s, which, scientifically, according to the U-shape theory, is supposed to be the worst time of my life.

I am also an immigrant, having lived for 7 years in Australia and fatherhood, precisely one of twin boys with a cochlear implant, is something I’m passionate about too.

Challenging myself through useless fun activities is worth some screen time.

And anything else, like my work as a Minister of Religion or my passion for checklists, journaling, self-improvement, and the science of people and relationships.
